If you are inexperienced in therapy, you can expect to have a very personal, safe experience here, as I am very interested and concerned with your unique situation.
You can expect that I will be quite open with you about how best to help you reach the goals you want. This will be a joint journey of discovery, understanding, and change.
When you come to the office door, please simply enter and have a seat. Tea and water are available, and I will greet you at our arranged time.
Your appointments will be 50-60 minutes long, and usually we would meet weekly.
