We are offering a 26 week group for individuals beginning JANUARY 17 2012. The format will be based on groups we have offered at ESALEN INSTITUTE, and will be led by Frances Verrinder PhD MFT and myself. You will experience a variety of approaches to explore your personal dynamics, including attachment style, approach -withdrawal patterns, family meanings brought to your love life, communication patterns, and non-verbal, unconscious interactions.

This specific offering has to do with inner experience involved in contact with another, how to maintain sense of self when you are in a relationship, how to negotiate the inevitable differences that arise in getting to know someone.There are a number of exercises aimed at promoting a solid sense of self in relationship, in valuing yourself, and giving yourself permission to enter this personal realm.

Cost $65 per session for 26 weeks initial commitment or continuing longer afterwards.
The group will have 10-15 individuals, and will require commitment for the full time period in order to give each individual the opportunity to experience the full benefit of this group.
